Standard Reporting System
The LeadTrax Standard Reporting gives you the ability to run reports to see your lead activity.
Advanced Reporting System
The LeadTrax Advanced Reporting Module allows you to print any report as a PDF, export it to Excel, HTML, or as an Image. It also supports advanced filtering / querying so you can drill down into specific areas. It is a separate module so you can easily give access to senior executives for them to retrieve reports at any time.
Email Alerts
Ability to send automatic emails to your agents for reminders to place updated notes in the LeadTrax system. You no longer need to make the phone calls or manually send the emails asking for updates, the system sends automatic email reminders for you. AND once the agent gets the email, they can place their update directly into the system, you don't need to copy and paste it onto the lead record.
Standard Business Rules
This is the ability to automate many of the routine tasks your lead coordinator does, specifically getting the status of a lead from an agent and getting feedback from the consumer. This frees up your time for much more productive tasks.
Custom Business Rules Supported
Custom business rules are ones that you decide the logic and what happens. Use them for drip email marketing campaigns to specific target audiences, workflow automation of your hard to reach leads plus many many more uses.
Email Parsers - Ability to Import Email Leads
Email parsers are used to take the lead information from the body of an email and copy it into the LeadTrax system. No more re-typing the lead into your CRM system, this does it automatically in real time. You just forward the new lead messages to our system and we do the rest. We currently have formats for many system such as Realtor.com, ERA.com, Coldwellbanker.com. If we don't have a parser already built to meet you needs we will build it for you.
XML Web Service for Adding Leads
This service is for the web developers of your web site or third party companies you get leads from who would prefer to use an XML transfer method to place the leads into LeadTrax for you instead of utilizing an email parser. This method is better for high volumes of new leads. The process is completely controlled by your web developer and opens our entire data set for them to place your lead data into.
Data Import of existing clients / leads
We can import all of your existing agents, leads, offices plus several other areas during your setup phase to eliminate the need for your group to manually enter your initial setup information to get the system live.
