LanTrax to Market "Broker 1" For Its Complete Suite of Solutions
Williamsville, NY - December 11, 2003: Lantrax Inc, a provider of business process technology solutions for the Real Estate Industry, has announced the branding of all its technology offerings as the "Broker 1" Suite. Broker 1 represents a combination of integrated offerings from its own internal product set and its partner offerings. LanTrax, along with Canadian counterpart, Comput-A-Search, will market their solutions together under this new identity.
LanTrax has provided technology expertise to the Real Estate industry through its web services, hosting services, and through implementation, training, and support for Profit Power Back Office Solution. Profit Power is the industry leading financial software solution for brokers, developed by Comput-A-Search. LanTrax has since developed an ASP alternative called Profit Power Professional, which allows a broker to utilize much of the robust functionality of Profit Power without purchasing any software or hardware.
Other Broker 1 offerings include LeadMAXX, Agent Resource Center, Do-Not-Call Compliance, and the all new, LeadTrax Solution. LeadMAXX is the recognized leader for Brokers looking for the most powerful IDX/reciprocity solution for their website. LeadTrax, the most recent offering from LanTrax, is the new web based sales management process tool that tracks activity from lead capture to closed sale. LeadTrax will allow for different roles based, user functionalities. For example, a newly captured lead from LeadMAXX could be managed and tracked from a tele-representative to a lead assignor, and then down to the agent level. This expediting of new leads allows the broker to evaluate the lead process and incorporate appropriate activities for each role in the process in order for a successful transaction.
