The LeadTrax Referral Program

No one better understands the importance of referrals than real estate professionals, and the best referrals come from our satisfied clients. We'd like to hear about companies you think would benefit from using LeadTrax, and we’re providing a discount on your monthly LeadTrax fees for each qualified company you refer.

Please tell us about a few colleagues who might benefit from LeadTrax. For every company you refer that participates in an online demo, your company receives a 25% discount on your next three months of LeadTrax service. Please review the Referral Program terms and conditions before submitting your referrals.

Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions below govern the LanTrax Client Referral Program. LanTrax reserves the right to change these terms, at any time, without notice and at its sole discretion.

Referrals will be considered valid if the referred company agrees to participate in a full online demonstration of LeadTrax and if LanTrax has not previously demonstrated LeadTrax to that company within the prior 15 months. The referred company is not required to purchase LeadTrax for the referring company to receive the advertised discount.

To qualify as a referral under the LanTrax Client Referral Program, the referral must be entered online via the Client Referral Program submission form. The form must include name, company, phone number and email address of an individual at the referred company that is either in a position to purchase or to influence the purchaser on decisions regarding lead management/relocation software.

The LanTrax Client Referral Program is open to current LeadTrax clients. The maximum discount is 25 percent per referral, based on the monthly fee of the referring client and not to exceed $175 per month. The referring company is limited to four referral discounts within a three-month span, totaling no more than 100% of the monthly fee of any given month. This discount cannot be used towards past due balances or amounts, or other LanTrax products (including LeadTrax Business Rules, email parsers, or other LeadTrax add-ons).

This program is subject to termination at any time in the sole discretion of LanTrax. Discounts earned during the program shall continue to be applied following termination of the program.
